This year’s AGM will take place at 10am on Saturday 5 November 2022 at Bath Assembly Rooms.
Dear members,
I am delighted to invite you to our 2022 AGM for what will be a couple of firsts; this will be the first time we have conducted an AGM via hybrid means, with members able to attend in person in Bath or online and vote on the day. And on a more personal note, this will be my first AGM as Chair of this unique organisation.
Our Director-General, Hilary McGrady, and I look forward to sharing with you some of the successes and challenges of the previous year, and we are keen to hear from you, our members. We are committed to making as much time to hear your views as possible.
We will consider the resolutions that have been submitted. You can either vote on these in advance of the AGM, or on the day, whether you are in the room or online.
Votes for candidates standing for election to our Council can only be cast in advance of the meeting. These arrangements are explained in this booklet.
Finally, you may also wish to look at the Annual Report for 2021/22 ahead of the meeting. This can be found online at www.nationaltrust.org.uk/features/annual-reports
I look forward to welcoming you to the AGM in November in whichever way you choose to join us.
Best wishes,
René Olivieri Chair
Jan Lasik General Counsel and Secretary
